The room was satisfactory, but the staff failed to uphold decorum during our visit. A group of 15-20 boys caused a disturbance, and the hotel management couldn't control the situation. Additionally, when we requested an extra blanket due to the cold, as provided one was thin, the staff initially claimed there were no spare blankets. After asking again, they insisted on charging us extra for a blanket.

Good rooms ,spacious , hotel is surrounded with mountains . location and food is good , staff is very cooperative and nice service. Manager Mr. Rajveer guide us very well for nearest temple and view points. And Mr Maniram provides good room service. overall nice experience good property and staff is always with smiling face and friendly behavior.

Hotel is nice, Room service and food is very good . Suite room is spacious and nice mountain view from all rooms. Mr. Manager guide us very well for nearest temple and view points . Hotel staff is very cooperative and polite and serves with smile. Overall good stay. We enjoyed a little family track on mountain which situated behind the hotel.

Superb location ..surrounded by green hills.. Food quality and taste is fantastic.. manager and all staff are very very nice person .. Best reosrt experience.. Loaction and surrounding was really excellent .. we loved it . Suite room was very spacious and well maintain Above all food quality and taste was excellent
