Pathetic stay, dirty linens were provided, room was not clean at all, bathroom was stinking like anything. did not change the dirty linens and covers even requested twice. Lot of dirt in the room. Ac did nt work entire night. Called twice but no action taken. Staff was roode, only two staff to handle entire hotel. Small hotel in a commercial space, only 3 rooms per floor of 3.Pl avoid this hotel

very expensive in this season only 2water bottle was supplied no room service no provision of stay for drivers also moreover dere is no parking also as they mentioned in dere amenities poor wifi connection no tea coffee station kitchen was closed n no provision of food was dere at this peak season.

Great location, value for money, cordial behaviour, lift available, situated in top area, in between triangle of railway station, bus station & triveni ghat, highly recommended for stay to & fro of chardham holy Yatra.

Starting from the reservation to the stay, everything has been fantastic. We were helped by Mr. Santosh for making our reservation, and he made the process so smooth and better than any previous experience.

TV was not working through out the stay WIFI started working post half day stay , Rest all was ok My recommnedation Should have toilet paper and exhaust fan in Wash rooms
