A very bad experience at this place! we booked a room with an attached bathroom (in amenities) but when we reached there the staff asked us to share the bathrooms, the behaviour of the staff was very rude! there was a male undergarment in one of the shared bathrooms, even the hand wash was stinking (when the issue was confronted the staff replied he couldn't do anything about it),bed sheets were not clean there was hair all over the bedsheet! overall it was a pathetic experience due to the facilities and the responses of the staff! will never recommend anyone to book this hotel!

the room was very basic, the common aminities like a dustbin, slippers, and a chair to sit was missing. there was no electricity but the hotel manager provided us with hot water to bathe. although they tried to provide us with basic necessities there was a delay in the service. like we had to ask for drinking water 3-4 times before he gave us some. the food was nice though

The Villster Resort was an absolute dream come true. Tucked away amidst stunning scenery it felt like a hidden paradise. The view from our room with the glass front was breathtaking, watching mountains, trees and sunsets was an experience I will never forget. The room themselves were spacious, clean and the bathroom were spotless.

The hotel was not properly maintained, geyser was not working in chilly winters of january . The food however was excellent. The dining area was too dirty to sit and the location is hardly accessible. It’s located at the end point of village. The staff was cooperative. No basic amenities provided like hot water, dryer, kettle etc

it was awesome experience. Room was neat and clean . they offer good quality food Chef was professional. all over they run property very professionally. view from the property is amazing. trekking activity can be done from the property like bunbuni, kheerganga and ghai. it was worth to vist this property.

Broken window glass in the room, no cleaning in the room, the worst location, you have to track for 2km with all your luggage by yourself, rude behavior of staff, I booked for 2 days, and I am frustrated and regretting my decision within 2hrs. It's not recommended at all. -5 rating

The Villster Resort is the perfect place. The views are phenomenal and the fresh mountain air is invigorating. The resort itself has a limited numbers of rooms which adds to the peaceful Vibes. The food was incredible. Everything was cooked fresh, light and burstling with flavours.

Room, cafeteria and ambience was awesome. food was so delicious. View from the property was awesome when you wake up in the morning you will see snowclad Mountains from your bad. if you want to visit Kasol the it's a must visit property.

Only for hippie person not a family place at all poorly maintained property windows were broken with full night running edm music no proper parking provided by the hotel you have to pay extra 200 per bag for porter service to reach hotel

Extremely pathetic experience staying at the hotel, rooms are very dingy and not well lit. Although the location is quite scenic but the lack of and pathetic service takes it all away. Unhelpful staff. Not going to reccomend.

worst experience ever there is no light, air passing through the closed windows. i personally not recommend but after visiting the whole area of kalga this is the best option.
