Trimrooms Shree Mata Palace

We booked Three AC rooms for Two nights here and already made payment before. After a long journey of almost 13 hrs, on the 1st day when we reached here at 2 pm, all the rooms were not available(Please note the official check-in time is after 12pm). The reception guy provided one NON AC room and said he'll prepare the other rooms within 30 mins. Then I left for food. After 30-40 mins when my wife asked that guy that - It's already more than the time you asked. Have the rooms been prepared? Then the actual scene started. The guy responded very rudely saying 'Abhi to 2 hi room ho payega, mere paas aur room nhi hai. Jo karna hai karlo'. When I came back, I asked what happened? He said the same to me as well. I tried to manage saying, ok give us two rooms now. Please prepare the other room by tomorrow, as we won't be staying for that night because we will start the Vaishno Mata journey that day by evening. When we came back after Mata ji ki Darshan the next day evening, he said the same to us that 'Room to available hi nhi hai. Jo karna hai karlo. Mai to nhi de paunga.' Just imagine the situation here. We are already tired after a long Trek of almost 33 km, and when we came back this is how you are being treated by the hotel management. I along with my other members lost our patience and started scolding him. After some time, I called Customer Care and explained the whole situation. When the customer care guy tried to reach the hotel guy, he was not available. It was already 8 pm. I again went for food leaving all our family members in the two rooms. When I came back, he was there. I asked him whether anybody talked to him or not. He said, 'Sir, mujhe bola gaya hai ki jo rooms diye hai, uska AC band kardo bolke. Mai to band kar dunga'. What type of treatment is this? I asked him who he talked regarding this and let me talk to him. He called some hotel management staff and I discussed the whole matter. And finally that staff asked him to provide one more NON AC room for us and not to shut down ACs of the given rooms.Points of concern:We came to Katra for Vaishno Mata Darshan, and this is how we encounter the first person we meet here. 1: Why were the rooms not prepared even after reaching there Two hours after actual check-in time. And most importantly, the rooms were not provided till the last day.2: Why the rude behaviour, even when the customer tries to manage things from his side. It is really very disappointing, when we are with our family members.

Hotel location not provided properly in information after booking. Hotel location is not a prominent place. Near the private bus stand downtown. Hotel room is good. Wash room not maintained properly. Staff is cooperative but wants to get money from customers in one or other way by convincing in some ways. Stay is value for money only USP. Cheap accommodation is only positive point. Location of hotel. Aminitites in Hotel. WiFi not on Inverter. Wash room having problems.

my booking is with air-condition room and saying g we don't have any information regarding this but still the room they have give was dirty and messy cobwebs, used bedsheets, dirty curtains, broken glass of window and there isn't service they have given to me which was commit on booking. don't go there.

I had booked air condition room but they gave me non air condition room, when I said that air condition is included in it then hotel people said air condition room is not available in Katra
