I am absolutely delighted to write this review about CASA MELHOR. The level of service, the staff behavior, the ambiance, and the availability of services were exceptional. The property manager, Mr. Nitesh, such an amazing person, he goes out of his way to help you our with literally anything you want help with. Let me first just point out a few cons which may be ignored even as it doesn't matter much. The place doesn't have wifi as it is a service apartment and not a part of Goviea Holiday homes, so it might take sometime in the near future to get that working. Other than that, you have to walk down to the adjacent building that has the dining place to get drinking water. Those were just the two silly and petty issues that I had. PROS: I can fill up a page with the positives of this place. - Located in a very peaceful location (in Candolim) : 500mts from the beach and amid lush greenery and in a resort setup. The guests would love the ambiance and the setup of the property. - Very well maintained property, complete service apartment complete with bedroom(s), kitchen with working gas and refrigerator, living room, washrooms with handwash and soaps, and spotless linen and towels. The AC in the bedrooms worked quite well. - The housekeeping personnel work from 9 AM to 6 PM and can be summoned anytime by calling the property manager for them. They clean the apartment with absolute efficiency and under your supervision and presence. - The restaurant in the Holiday home beside the pool serves absolutely delightful food and is quite economical as well. Walk in anytime before 10 PM in the night and order food, you wouln't ever be disappointed. - Sparkling Swimming pool: They have a well maintained, not so deep but clean and sparkling resort - style pool complete with chairs and I loved the swim session I had there. Definitely checkout the pool once you are there. - TAXI and Bike for rent: Just outside the gate of the holiday home is the taxi stand where you can rent affordable bikes or taxis for you trip around GOA. Very well behaved drivers and you won't be over charged or even face a glitch. I stayed here with my group of friends (6 people) and we had a fantastic time. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone who wants an affordable for premium feeling place in North Goa. Take my word and try it out, you won't regret. You can imagine how happy I was with the stay that even through a busy work schedule I managed to write up this review. I would specially thank the property owner Mr. Gaurav for guiding through the booking and keeping in touch through whatsapp, Ms Reema, the manager for the timely addressing of issues and specially Mr. Nitesh, the property manager for the absolutely delightful assistance and help throughout our stay. do plan to stay at this place if you are visiting Goa . this apartment is set in a gated complex right beside ITC fortune hotel , candolim. for starters the place is easily close to the main road and if you want to visit north Goa this place makes it easy to travel and also come back home for any quick change of clothes etc. it is close to a lot of good places serving good food with great ambience and also at really great prices. if you are a group of 6-8 people it can still accommodate because spare foldable mattresses (doubling as cushions) are provided. but this will work out in monsoon and winter only. coming to the guest house manager, named Xavier gomes, he was helpful beyond words. always a call away and ready to help with information or directions or helping out with car rentals. this place has everything refrigerator TV with Tata sky connection( needs to be recharged) gas stove induction cooker toaster sandwich maker washing machine basic groceries and food ( Maggi, water, bread,sauce, sugar, salt, coffee, tea ) kitchen is full with crockery (plates , coffee mugs, tea glasses, whiskey glasses , plates, soup bowls, spoons,forks etc) cleaning staff available to clean the house in the morning. drawbacks single common bathroom WiFi not available

We had a very nice stay at Casa Melhor apartment. Things which were amazing: 1. The location is very good. 2. Swimming pool and gym facilities were available for guests. 3. The management staff, specially the property manager Mr.Venu was very helping and amazing at this service. He helped us a lot with local transport arrangements and was reachable 24X7 4. Every amenities which were listed on the website was there. 5. This stay is a total value for money There were few things which could have been better: 1. There was no bulb/light in the lift. It was total blackout. 2. I didn't understand the extra charges. Generally people pay for early checkin, I paid for late checkin. I had booked from 9th June 1 PM and reached at 10th June 2 AM and had to pay extra. Although my booking was from 9th Afternoon. 3. Housekeeping staff comes every alternate days, it would be better if they had come everyday.

The Apartment was excellent. The pool is awesome and clean, had a very good time in the pool. Aminities and Services are a class apart. Enjoyed every bit of stay with my wife. The Staff was very polite and made us feel very comfortable, level of services and the ambiance were exceptional. Located in a very peaceful location(in Candolim). Very well maintained property, kitchen with working gas and refrigerator, living room, washrooms everything was so classic. The housekeeping personal work from 9 AM to 6 PM and can be summoned anytime by calling the property manager once.
