The hotel was horrible. there were power cuts 3 times during 1 night stay. The hotel also promised a deluxe room but it was smaller than the studio room. there were no proper amenities basic ones... washroom was stinking along with the full room. also there was no water in the washroom. had to use drinking water to wash my face. very disgusting n horrible. never ever recommend this to anyone also I need someone to call me on this and refund my money!!!???!!!!

The place is a complete mess. Not maintained and very unhygienic. Every thing in the bathroom literally fell apart when we were there.. not cleaned.. dust and things from previous tenants were still there. I booked a studio room and they tried to pass me off with their normal room first. They don't even have cutlery.. overall really bad experience.

Beautiful, very nice experience, the flower garden and flowers in the hotel are pleasing, the gardener (Tiligum) has grown the garden like his children,,, the rest of the service is clean and good,,, the experience of staying in the glass view room is very beautiful. Don't miss...

The stay is very basic. No hot water, no toiletries, no WiFi. What you pay is for the room alone. After check-in, you have to ask for all of the above mentioned and they’ll take 1 hour to provide.

I got no hot water for bathing & The floor of the bed was full of dust, Used bottles & Cigarette buds which on mentioning wasn't cleaned either.
