very bad experience , never expected. I booked rooms for my marriage reception and pre-confirmed that my friends will check-in early in the morning 6 AM through call. They said that is not an issue , But on the check-in day at 6 AM they said no rooms available and also treated as if I am requesting for room with out money. They should have informed by the time when I called them , I would have cancelled and booked some other hotel. The reception person is not taking responsibility and never considered it as his customer issue even though wrong on their side. very worst service and they are not treating the customer as a customer. this would be my last booking there and never going to recommend my friends too. Finally I looked for alternative hotel for my friends accommodation my self. Reception person is not fit to his position. Amenities are 2nd , treating customer with respect and providing the service with response is important which is 0 here.

We booked for this place few days in advance … We checked in late afternoon. Check in procedure was very prompt … we were allotted the Room in second floor ... The room had chilled AC … Cloths and Linen were clean. We asked for extra pillow. They gave it immediately. The room service here is prompt. Their Coffee was good. But Their TV channels were not coming clear. They have a small car parking which can hold some 8 cars …when we placed our car, there was hardly one car standing there ….so we found the parking comfortable ... those who come by public transport, will also feel this place very comfortable as the Bus Stand is just opposite … This hotel has vegetarian restaurant (Sangeetha) attached to it ... Overall good experience. I can say this is the best in Budget range of Hotels …

Though I have informed my need of room is from morning 6am to night 8pm before book the room, they're arguing like room check-in time will 12pm. Please don't stick into the nasty check-in time rules. My train arrives Karur at 6am. Do you expect me to stay at station waiting hall till afternoon? Know your customer and provide them good service.

The hotel stinks, no housekeeping you have to call them again and again for same, sheets not clean , bathroom broken , staff are totally unhygenic long dirty nails . cloths they wear are full of stains... front office manager of guy was arrogant when gave feedback... overall I do not recommend to any fellow travellers......
