VISHNU RESIDENCY

There are AC / Non AC suite, Double/Single AC/Non- rooms. We booked double bed Non-AC Room. We found it is clean budget hotel with Lift and limited parking (5 cars)Room - Spacious and bed. Clean floor and wall. Bed linen clean, mattress comfortable. But window curtain dirty. One wardrobe, one wall mounted cloth hanger. 1 bed side table + 2 PVC Chairs. Wall mounted mirror with platform. Night lamp. Bright LED Tube. 2 floor mats. TCL LCD TV. Free WiFi (we didn't use it). Intercom provided for room service.Toilet - Spacious and clean. Western WC. Clean health faucet (jet spray). Geyser avl but no shower - need to use bucket n mug for bathing. No both stool. Wash basin inside toilet. Commode, basin old but clean - seem maintenance is good, and regular.Parking - 4 cars can be parked in gated basement which is also hotel reception. Hotel staff sleep there. So no safety concern. 1 car can be parked outside. Wide 6 lane road in front of hotel. General - No in House restaurant but room service person can bring tea on demand from 6am. Hotel is near station so food avl nearby. Mosquito nets fixed outside room window and wide toilet ventilator.

The behaviour of staff and management is poor in the hotel. 24 hours check out was not given for me. I had done late check in @ 4.30 pm on 7 July 2023 and they asked me to check out @ 11a.m. on 8 July 2023. Cleanliness is also not good.Communication skills is very poor.

useless App this , I paid amount and booked Room 12 hours before and confirmation message and mail also came, but when I went Hotel, owner not permitted to hotel ,he tell I was not get confirmation message.

Hotel was Spik n Span. Would love to stay there again. hotel was neat n Clean ... esp no Mosquito's n Bed bugs. Friendly staff n Service. Service boys attended our calls as soon as we dialed them.
