Hotel is right at sea Beach. this is one of best beach in area. Even beach side view rooms have superb sea view n amazing sea winds reaching room. You can explore beach day, evening, night - anytime you want.Rooms are spacious with all basic facilities.. one has to remember that this is not 4-5star property (although tariffs may be high as 4-5 start property during weekends n peak seasons). Being so close to beach, hotel takes hit of salt n humid winds - hence rusting at places.We found food as per our taste n food options are enough for any decent hotel. Staff was super curtious n always a smiling face. Tried almost every veg n chicken dishes - quantity was good for 2 people n taste was matching our preference.Enjoy beach all day.. relax in room while listening to sound of sea.. you won't have mobile signal (as hotel is right below a mountain) - so enjoy digital detox time.

Property location is amazing and that is the biggest advantage of this property. Pros: 1) Location and view from the rooms 2) Room size is quite good and buffet breakfast is also decent 3) Staff is prompt, helpful and polite Areas of improvement: 1) Cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms as well as the restaurant needs to be ramped up 2) Property needs some maintainance and renovation in certain aspects 3) The balcony grill had been just painted and I wasn't aware about it due to which I got paint marks on my skin. This could have been proactively communicated as upon highlighting it, I was informed by the staff that the grill was just painted a few days back Small improvements here and there like some mentioned above which need to be looked at proactively for a much better customer experience.

VITS excellensea hotel Location ...Very good just steps away from the beach..Breakfast is good ...Food quality is better..Rooms are neat and well maintained .Hotel crew is polite and ready to assist ...swimming pool is not up to the mark.. scope of improvement as well as ambience near the swimming pool need to improve ..The beach is also very safe for families as well as for small kids with moderate play activities at beach...You can take a fish from Harne jetty and make food to nearby local homes small hotels, It is a very exciting experience ...The hotel stay and nearby places visit is really good for 2/3 days trip ...view from room

This was one of the calmest and peaceful stay we had recently. Vits is located at a very prime location and has a mesmerising view. This property is blessed with fantastic bunch of people. Their manager Netaji is one of the most polite staff accompanied by Vijay, Dheeraj and all the other amazing helpful employees. Food is good, courteous staff, spacious room, parking space, wifi is strong. Only issue in Dapoli beaches is No network, rest all great to have a peaceful time.

location was excellent, just in front of beach property is clean, food was good room was spacious with sea view, bathroom was clean provided with hot water and all toiletries TV & AC was functioning well door lock however was old and was difficult to open they provide accommodation to the driver, parking space is outside on the road overall a good experience sea view room, food was good, nice sitting arrangements

It was an Ok stay, starting with not getting Mini fridge even when it was mentioned in booking and later on asking it was provided. Hotel does not provide ice, even in this scorching heat, which was a big put off. Swimming pool was not clean either. The only good thing was food and accessibility to beach. Hence 3 star rating

It's good but the hotel needs maintenance. The location is perfect, the staff is helpful and restaurant is also decent. However, the hotel needs to maintain the rooms in total as the rooms needs service! Apart from that part everything was great!!!!!

This is the best property in entire Dapoli. Best location as it's bang on beach with amazingly warm & well behaved staff. Not to forget the food. All in All planning a trip to Konkan a MUST GO place.

Since it has solar water heater, you won't get instant hot water. Need to wait atleast 10-15 minutes and waster 6-7 buckets of cold water before youcan get some hot water.
