Firstly, we'd have to wait till 12 o clock to check in when we arrived at 7o clock and had to wait at the lobby hours together given the fact that we were promised for an early check in. Secondly, after entering the room, it was completely filled up with cigarette smoke. Fine. Then there's a disaster of room being too small and was offered only twin beds for a family. Upon asking they said all rooms are provided the same way. We were offered some god awful torn mattress. Thirdly, the TV is not working. We literally called 7 times and even went to the reception. But no one showed up till now. DO NOT SPEND SO MUCH AND STAY HERE. GO FOR OTHER HOTELS IN ONGOLE INSTEAD. THE SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. NO HOSPITALITY WHATSOEVER. Everything. The room is below par. Service is terrible as we didn't get any.

This is probably the only real 3-star facility in Ongole. Have never been able to find a hotel that matches this quality and service in Ongole thus far. Very well done and maintained complimented with good service across departments, cleanliness and with the right amenities (including good WiFi, coffee/tea maker kettle, very functional work table, chair, separate sofa chair, comfortable beds, etc.). Overall, I was able to accomplish both my personal work and also office work during the 3 days of stay here. Thanks and please keep up the good service.

mosquitoes tok kuch on 1 st night 🦟 inspire of information to reception they have all out candle next night also mosquito in bathroom and in room in this climate worst thing which can happen is bad mosquito bite

Surprised to see that this is a 3-Star hotel whereas the quality was of 4-Star at least. Nice and comfy room along with ample parking space for guests driving in cars. Overall a positive experience
