Location - Prominent. Staff behaviour - Fair. Got an initial hitch over the issue of Complimentary Breakfast. Though it was included in my package, but they were in disagreement to provide. We book AC room and they provided non AC room at the cost of AC room, because they don't have any room vacant at that time. Moreover we have to stay for 4-5 hours in service boy room. I am very much disappointed with the service they provided.

Worst in terms of Location,Cleanliness,Rooms and Bathrooms.The whole building is infested with the pigeons and its droppings. Rooms and Bathrooms are very congested with very poor maintenance.

Hotel was really not good.It was located above the market and dead pigeons were lying there. And it was stinking so badly that I was unable to stay there even for a minute.

Nice one. Good room service. But a bit away from the main city (Gandhinagar). Shuttle bus stand is near so no problem with transportation.

Bathroom and other premises are very dirty. The staircase to the entrance is full of betel juice spits and it stinks of smell of urinal.

when reached the hotel in spite of confirmed booking i had to wait 30min and after that deluxe room was not provided to me
