The room and bathroom are spacious and well equipped for the price range. A kitchen with gas burners, microwave and a refrigerator, crockery, cooking vessels etc. is available. The location is well served by food delivery services like Zomato. It is a residential building in which two floors are being used for the guest house (not a "hotel"). The location in a narrow lane in the Nizammudin area may be suitable for some travellers, but not all. There were tied up in the ground floor parking area of the building during my stay in preparation for Bakri-Eid.

It was a pathetic experience. In the room mattresses was not clean and not very well maintained, in the washroom tap was broken.Staff behavior was okay, they also provided complimentary breakfast which was not good and WiFi also provided. Location was convenient and as per my experience not value for money.

Ordinary apartment hotel, we were on a two day visit for an admission purpose in NIFT, it was quite near to Lodhi Road. Good service from the team specially Mr.Ummar who was the caretaker. Safe place for a family to stay. Rather good rooms, value for money.
