The hotel is located on balmatta road with easy access to railway station, bus stand, auto rickshaw & taxi's. The room's are clean with tidy bathroom. Hot & cold water is available 24x7, bed's are very comfy, has a wardrobe to keep your belongings, smart TV is available though with limited channels but will do & the internet is little bit slow. Both veg & non veg restaurants are available just opposite to the hotel & even the hotel has room service for food & drinks(juices & cold drinks)just call them & order from the menu provided in the room with affordable prices they will deliver it to your room. The dustbin is placed outside the room in a specified place in the corridor which is really good thinking. The staff is just amazing 👏 👏👏 Cons : I wish they provide a complimentary water bottle or even a common water dispenser. other than this everything is good enough. My family too liked it a lot. This has become one of our favorite hotel now. The Staff are very friendly & helpful.

the experience was horrible.i didn't expect the staff to be rude .there is no room service .they are not cleaning the bedsheets.i didn't expected it to be this bad
