Woodland Holiday Resort

1) Pathetic experience. nothing is available there. This resort is not in operating mode.2) I reached check-in time at 12:00 AM on 31 Oct 20324 to this resort. Nobody is there at hotel, looked almost shut-down type of resort. Even front office also closed.3) I searched everywhere around the resort, finally I found one labour person who stays in resort kind of watchman/labour. I informed him that I have booking. He just came opened front office and gave the one room key, there is no check-in process. After that no connection, nobody is there in this resort. No restaurant, no camp fire, nothing mentioned. No food is available. Reception is completely closed and nobody is there in this resort.4) Except my family nobody was there in resort and remote area in forest hill area. Entire night we single family stay with great fear no security. No front office operating no staff. In entire resort my family with two small kids only is there. When I called and inform about this to owner she told there are two booking per night which is totally lie. We alone suffered a lot to stay night with two small kids. Horrible and scared to stay in that remote area.5) Horrible experience First day evening itself I immediately informed about my cancellation of next day because of this pathetic experience.6) Next morning owner came, I informed about cancellation and he said staff is on leave and he was not there, some explanation not good. Not secured place, Its closed resort kind.7) Even this is partial cancellation, during check out owner accepted for refund since nothing is there in this resort to stay, completely its their mistake . All my holiday mood gone because of this.9) I called them and explained their fault. But the owners wife or some body talking very rude manner not good customer and she will proceed with complaint. On top of that they are telling lies like every thing is available in the resort which is blunder. Not sure how they simply telling lies like resort is operating with staff. Just only one labour is there to work. She is finally putting blame on guest and not accepting the fact that facility is not available there. She is blaming that I cancelled for my benefit which is baseless. they have to operate resort properly. For closed resort simply charge and operate with just one labour person. No food is available here, the labour person bring break-fast after two hours of wating from bus stand which is horrible. Owner are telling they are preparing break-fast, but I clearly see the labour was bringing the break-fast from outside bus stand area.Please do one check this resort, what is there and how they are operating, you will come to know. whatever real thing happened I am sharing. If you want to know the real situation, you arrange your executive and check. I also request to issue my refund immediately. I am supposed to get entire refund but since with great inconvenience I stayed one night I am leaving that amount. Please arrange my entire amount refund back.

Pros: property location and open wide isolated area Cons: poor service & hospitality, below average food and delayed and mismanaged food service, not clean rooms/ bathrooms full of big mosquitoes & spiders, not very hygienic, insects filled swimming pool. PS: you got to pay for a bonfire...lol

The location was very good, nice and calm. The hotel employees are nice. Food was decent but can be improved a lot. Timings was not maintained properly. Swimming pool is not maintained good. Swimming pool, ordered food was very bad in a day and delayed very badly.

The outdoors is good, but the room bed size is queen, two people with one kid is okay, but not so great
