Clean, but no lift. Staying in 3rd floor for a 70 years old was difficult. No breakfast in early hours. No dinner before 9:30. No coffee available after dinner. No room service for lunch and dinner. 200 rs per room service for brekfast. Food quality not bad. They insist on thali. Ala carte they try to avoid and serve after long time.

Stuffs are very good, they are maintaining a clean hygienic ambience . Wonderful experience. Will recommend to everyone. Food quality in the hotel is average but that is not bad also. Here also they are serving in very traditional way,that is amazing. Taste they can improve easily otherwise all good.

The perfect location of zara homestay makes it a perfect place to spend a weekend . The rooms are very beautiful and well furnished . Servicing is good and the view too. Beverages were good too . It would be a great pleasure to visit again.

location is good and easily accessible from Bolpur railway station. Room is clean, spacious & airy with balcony. My only complaint is that they checked in me half an our later & no mineral water was given alsoprice of food is not reasonable.

Very good environment at very low price,Rooms are clean and well maintained in this price but with a non AC room it's very difficult to stay there you have to book ac room.Please set two fans in non AC room.

the room is very clean, peaceful and good. the rice quality of the meal is just poor. the booking number response is bad, even they doesn't call back. rest of the stuff behaviour is good.
