The place aptly named Rosary House. It's not a hotel or a resort, but rather a homestay which is close to the beach has well-spaced out rooms across the property and provides excellent food cooked by aunty, the owner's family. Its family run and they make sure everything works well and you have a great time at Malvan. There are hammocks to laze around the place. and also sand around the property which works very well if you have kids to play around. If you need any fish or recommendation for lunch or dinner please let the family know well in advance so they can make sure it's available and catered for, It's great, the rooms are more than large enough, and the reviews based on which we booked the place are bang on and you won't have any regrets. Some of the things that could be improved or suggestions 1. Maybe have a geyser in the rooms so people can get 24 hours hot water which is now based on the eco-heating system 2. Have some switches at lower levels especially near the beds (Also tables next to the bed) as it's difficult to charge mobiles/laptops and also work on them especially when they are located far away 3. Maybe have a rack or cupboard to store clothes 4. Have a rack for keeping the suitcases as its easier to remove and add to it.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every level! The owners were very welcoming and helpful in every way. Mr. Francis and his family are just the loveliest hosts ever! The rooms were hygienic and spacious. The food was very delicious and everything was just perfect for us. They even arranged taxi and all the sightseeing places for us all at a reasonable rate. I recommend this to every person out there who is looking for a homestay, don't think twice cuz they will keep you comfortable all the time. Our rooms were next to the beach and it was beautiful. Thankyou so much for such an amazing and fun experience. We will surely visit again!

Awesome Experience!!!! This property is 10 years old but we couldn't believe, very well maintained. Taken care by the owner and his family. clean rooms , good ambience, around 100 trees on the property which adds to the beauty, They have their own water sports team. Just 1 min walk to reach the cleanest Beach in malvan. You can enjoy the Sunset from Rock Garden @ walking distance Romantic beach , sunset point at walking distance

it was awesome stay at the rosary house, lovely people very talkative and sweet in nature, rooms clean and comfortable for couples and full families to, and whatever food we had here that was delicious, advantage here at u get ample space infront of your room for any activity. and also beach is just 1 min. walkable distance from this. All in all memorable stay at the ROSARY HOUSE.

Had a very pleasant stay at Rosary House. Staff is very polite and Helpful. Rooms are extremely clean. Very close to clean Chivla Beach. Don't opt for breakfast(extra 300rs) when booking since not many options are available and it's not unlimited. Otherwise it is a quite and calm place to enjoy with family and friends. All water sports activity are available on Chivla beach.

Rosary House has located 2 min away from chivala beach. Amazing maintenance of Greenery and rooms make you feel comfortable and relax. Service is amazing and owner is very helpful which makes you super comfortable. Simple breakfast and cup of tea taste delicious. Persian cat and Lab dog seems super cute to play which makes you feel more cheerful and happy.

Excellent stay at Rosary - best part is it is less than a minute walk to Chiwla beach. The room is really spacious, has all basic amenities and was neat and clean. Ample space within property. Very good family to host who were always ready to help - he suggested a pure veg restaurant nearby which had excellent food. Will surely visit again!

hotel location is very good, near to beach. the owner and his family are so much helpful that they arranged all the facility . and breakfast is also tasty...room is spacious , good for family..never felt away from home.special thanks to owner family, they provide medical arrangement when i got injured. Extremey well maintained, clean and best located property. Felt like my own house on Beach. Multiple times better than resorts who just charge more and do not maintain well. Undoubtedly I'll be staying here whenever I visit malvan.. Regards, A satisfied customer😁

Overall a good experience. Beach is nearby and the location of the hotel is apt. Caretakers family is hospitable and helpful. Upon asking they also facilitated a bike for us for extra charge. Great and clean rooms with basic amenities.

Lovely place to stay, spotlessly clean. I stayed in the smaller building which is a row of three individual cottages. 30 seconds walk to the beach. Nice food available. Friendly helpful owner. Would recommend.

Good village view stay. 2 mins to Chivle beach with cheapest Scuba Diving and sports experience. Just one con is that there is no refund in case of cancellation.
