The hotel was under renovation. The staff were kind. Maintenance is good. No towels were available, I had to reach the reception to get it, so hospitality can be improved. Room was very crampy, no space even to walk around the bed!

Extremely unhygienic Bedding. stinky toilets and hardly working shower which probably get only 3 hrs of hot water every day. towels they supply cannot be used as well for the hygiene purpose.

room had no power for more than 2 hours the backup generator didn't work there were no towels or water bottle provided at hotel they provided towels when asked same for ac remote
