The worst hotel I have seen so far. Every where dust, unwashed towel, unwashed and small sized single blanket, no hot water, no water pressure for shower, no proper furniture in room, only bad sandwich in breakfast and so on. I paid for three star hotel while it was merely a lounge.

The overall experience with Hotel Roxas was a good one. Finding the location was not a problem. They do provide food and that is tasty. The services provided by hotel staff was proper. Property is value for the money.
