HOTEL ROYAL FORT

hotel royal fort at raichur pathetic experience nicely built but about 10 km away from city in a god forsaken place must have been built by a good consultant lavishly spending the money of the owner who has been very liberal in spending on the facility (source easy money?) alas pathetic maintenance very spacious room and bath room but nit cleaned properly checked in at 10 pm party going on in second floor conference room errratic parking of bikes guests to park their cars outside the gate brought inside after the party at 11 pm no watchman attendants no uniform not presentable, locals but many do not know kannada no briefing on basic etiquette and manners the restaurant tables not cleared of the plates had to have food in rhe midst of such unclean surroundings veg and nin veg together wash area of restaurant stinking filth all around new hotel only two years old looks impressive from outside very costly materials used but no maintenance unclean rooms and tiolets not deep cleaned no acid wash on floors pathetic no water bottles provided even after repeated request to attendant and reception kettle and glasses kept but no water no coffee tea powder no milk powder or sugar (provision made) icing in the cake at 12.45 in the night the electric door bell rings awakened in a shocking state repeats after five minutes then repeats after a minute several times call the reception response :may be somebody wanting to meet you who kantara? opening the door find no one again call the reception sending two untrained attendants meddle with the switch no respite mansger comes no solution ask for a different room reply all rooms full then does something

Hotel is Located at nice Place with good View. Built quality is also OK. But Poor Maintainance. The money paid to stay for 8 hours is not worth. The purpose of stay here is hygiene, which is bad. Asked for a towel multiple times, the receptionist himself is room boy. After waiting for 1½ hour, I took mobile number from Goibibo and then some.one picked the call to respond and after bringing it to his notice they gave the towel. Pros: Room size is good. Toilet is really clean. Bed is comfortable. Cons: Service was not professional. Kitchen doesn't start until 9am or so. One morning, they didn't have milk to make coffee and gave reason that all the milk from previous day has been used for tea. The hotel gave a Bar type of vibe because there is always shouting from the drunk customers. It is not a family place.

Clean spacious well maintained rooms,have restaurant inside.Slightly away from the city traffic,but will enjoy the ambience. No food outlets outside the hotel.Breakfast spread needs to be better as the taste was also not upto the standard of the hotel.Staff are helpful and courteous. Linens are also clean. Clamness of the surrounding, away from the city rush and good ambience.
