Hotel Royal Hillton

Yesterday booked two super deluxe room for my family trip at pauntasahib and we also called them that we will reach late so pls prepare then room propely.. When we reached at hotel they told us that your booking is for deluxe then i told that we booked two super deluxe and paid for the same. Then after some time they rechecked and confirmed. When we entered in room we surprised to see the room it was in pathetic condition.. bed sheet, pillows and blanket was so dirty like some hotel staff already using this room since many days.. even used dirty slipper was also lying in room. When we reported to reception they told us that sorry actually we prepared the delux room ready for you and super deluxe was not ready so will change the bedsheets and blanket. It was really shocking for us that when room was not ready then why they allotted the room to us.. at morning we seen that there is towels in washroom... room was not clean properly and allover is dirt.. really it was very pathetic stay in hotel hilten..no body informed about the breakfast and when we called they told that juice is finished... breakfast served like a third class dhaba .. no cutlery .. no salt & pepper...no tissue paper...overall experience of our stay was very bad in this hotel.. one thing is good about hotel infrastructure.. bathroom fittings are all branded.. very good furniture and interior but all in waste without proper maintenance and service... there is no guidelines following on covid... no sanitization... no temperature check... no horek staff wearing the maskVery bad experience as i booked this hotel for my family trip but it was my wrong choice...i just seen the good photo and 3 star but it was totally wrong... there no service like a star property.. we paid aprox ...for 2 room but it was wastage of money... this hotel saty is not worth more than 1500.00 or like a guest house...And at time of checkout owner son was there and when we spoken issue with him he not ready to listen anything and even he didnt show opology and started giving exuse... Its really very bad experience 😕 not recommended at all.. better stay at guest house to save your money...

I have stayed in this hotel 2 times before covid. But this time maintenance n hygiene of this hotel very poor. Bathroom was dirty n stinks like some public urinal. Duvet cover has stains of u can understand of what. Food quality is also poor. I ordered ice bucket which is usually free of charge at other places. Also its all dirty ice broken from ice brick. Spoon the gave was used n unwashed. After complaining they brought same ice n spoon after washing. Looking at the poor condition of this hotel it does deserve rent more than a basic lodge. Expensive n low grade. Looking at condition n maintenance of this hotel this hotel doesn't deserve more than 800-1000 per day.

my stay for 2 days at royal hillton with my family was awesome..i have booked deluxe room..i made early check in, the provided me super deluxe room for time being my was made ready without any extra charge..my room was realy clean and look was modern based as per my taste..bed was very comfortable..staff including reception,room service, housekeeping, guard all are cooperative and humble..food as a vegetarian i can say is better than good, quality and quantity both was fine, i loved it..hotel is located on main road..only thing negative is, it will disappoint for those who wants any extraordinary window/ balcony view..but excellent for Comfortable stay.

TV channel not working, Room don't have Toilatories, tea coffee maker was not available on first , upon request it was provided but everything you need to remind repeatedly. Room change was requested which was agreed for next day but when we returned back it was not done. AC not working even at 11.00 hours now. very very poor management..... no owner available.... staff very unprofessional.....
