The room tariff is definitely over priced. The staff behaviour is good. Room service is spontaneous. The house keeping service is also quite good. However the window curtains are not upto the mark. There's water leakage from the comode and hand shower. The cable connection package of the tv has not been recharged. The intercom is also not working. Overall it's an average experience for my family during our second time stay in this hotel. Average to be precise.

Central location however lack of parking space, food at the restaurant is great, smoking and non smoking rooms are not segregated
