security should behave politely with customers and not like police. Security guard Yadav was involved in argument regarding parking of scooter when valet parking was available. Such misbehaving security should be terminated. Asking for ID proofs of all the members is not warranted. while booking such condition was not included. Primary booking ID is enough for entry especially if they are family members

i had a fantastic stay in the royal reve. Everything was perfect, beginning with the doorman, ending in the bar. GO THERE, the hotel is worth it.
