Undoubtedly the room & hotel was good, but the service was very poor. When I reached the hotel around 5:30 pm there was no one to attend me at the reception in spite of about 4 front office people behind reception counter. After waiting for about 10 I had to myself ask them. Hurriedly one FO person completed the check in and since no one was available he himself carried the luggage in trolley. Upon reaching the room this person found that the room key was not working and another about 10 minutes went in that to get proper card for the room. Once he opened i noticed that the room which was given had twin beds eventhough i had gone with family. He then had to change the room which had few things missing. While checking in I mistakenly left my water sipper on the counter and hotel did not bother to return the same back to me. Overall very average service

We had a 1 year old baby who was unwell and woke up a lil late and we requested for 15-30 mins extra time beyond 12 pm to feed her before checking out as we had a long journey ahead of us and they still went ahead n turned off the electricity in our room including AC, fan n lights. we had to suffocate with the baby and they call this a four star hotel experience? Staff was very rude when questioned too, have never experienced this kind of hospitality before. They were more than happy when we checked in very late but couldn't spare a few extra mins for a sick child. If they couldn't accomodate a few extra mins to care for a baby that is unwell, then i don't know what kind of hospitality industry this hotel is and how they deserve a four star rating

The rooms are squeaky clean, staff are very friendly. Even though most of them speak only in hindi or english not in kannada.The food is very great. But what i found lacking was pool area as they said it was not complete and is not open. (even though they said they have a pool in the description of the hotel). I found that wierd. The most beautiful thing when you book the 'deluxe' room is views, There is none.(unless you want to stare at a cliff face). But the hotel overall is a 4 star hotel (one less than they claim because their pool is not operational yet). Very couple friendly the staff were very professional . Nobody gave us creepy stares. We felt safe and private. I recommend this hotel for couples.

highly not recommended very incorporative staff, the food was substandard. i visited this hotel before with my partner, and there were no problems. this time, even when i called 10 days before checkin, i told them that my partner and I would be checking in, and i had some special requests that they did not heed at all. When we reached the hotel they said cannot allow us to checkin. i told them that i had inquired regarding this 10 days ago and it was all okay. also i overheard some of the guests complaining about the service and the food. after the change in management they have lost their standard. the service doesn't justify the price they are charging.

i found from hotel staff it is not rated at all. this hotel has only big rooms thats all. Stayed 2 days in fortune park and shifted to this hotel to check how it is. later regretted my decision. No amenities kept in room . except linen which is actually very clean n neat. Day time corridor lights are off which was dark. booked room with breakfast. They simply serve few items very unprofessionally. As a senior staff told me It is correct this hotel does not fall under any star hotel catogory except Tariff.

We stayed at Ananth The Grand for a day at the end of May 2022 and it was very good experience. The food, hospitality are among the best. It is in a calm and peaceful place, fat away from the markets and crowds and on the main road, which I liked very much. I hope the same will be continued in the future.

Perfect Hotel. Clean Room and hospitality is upto the mark at hubli. Rooms are spacious, spent time to enjoy !!! Any extra requirement housekeeping will provide. Breakfast spread is less, but the current offer is enough to fill up morning hunger.

it was great stay at ananth the grand hotel at hubli. staff is really helpful. rooms were spacious and clean. especially bathrooms were well maintained and highgein. overall it was pleasant stay at anant the grand

The Stay Was Good, Staff's were Good, Morning Break fast Quality can be improved. Lunch, Snacks & Dinner quality was better. Amenities are at par with other Hotels.
