this hotel have even lack basic emenities. wardrobe found damage..hangers were dusty & no one was not taking responsibility..only one service boy was available..you could not get morning tea before 8 am. Room Service was very late..In this amount you can get better option in Aligarh.. Total waste of money..

This hotel even lacks basic emenities. They had just one service boy for the entire hotel. When asked for some ice he just said 'no' to my face and the hotel manager was least interested of any consequences in terms of a review or the hotels rating.

Cleaning is a concern. Extra bedding was not up-to the mark. Washroom buckets were very dirty. Shower was not working. Side lamps were broken. TV was not working. In morning I had to wait for checkout as the reception person was not available.

Dirty room. No service at all. Broken lamp. We checked in around 9pm and and they don't provide a single water bottle to us. We booked triple sharing room and the give us the basic room for 2 adults.

This was my one of the best experience i ever had. The hotel manager is well trained and polite and the staff is good too. The room and washroom was clean ☺️
