Rupartori Hotel

Rupartori Hotel is centrally located in Agartala city. Facilities at the hotel are not up to the mark as expected by any peace loving boarder. No normal drinking water is provided. Forget about hot water. Boarders have to buy with additional expenses during one's stay. Rooms are though clean but very cozy/ small as comparing to the pictures . The ventilation system is very poor. Tea taste is hopeless though the charges of a red tea cup is almost thirty rupees. Nothing( breakfast or bed tea) is complementary except wifi. Besides this, the environment of the hotel is very unhealthy and noisy especially after 8pm. Attendants are obedient, well behaved and hard working but they are totally mobilised by the Caretaker( I won't say Manager as because they don't have managerial qualities)who sits in the reception. Staying with family members is not advisable at least from my side. One cannot sleep properly because of the smell of cigarette smoking. The hotel is actually suited for those like minded persons who are habituated to those habits and not for the decent family members plus long stay. Food is available at the hotel though it is little expensive but items are tasty and well prepared except the tase of tea .I discussed these issues with one of their caretakers but I find that he is not keen to hear my observations instead his responses are in negative. Anyway, I spent three nights there but second time NO Chance at all. Authorities/ Owner of the hotel might be happy/ satisfied with their present system of management as well as customer relations they have. I may be one of the wrong customers for those who unknowingly booked the room Anyway, I enjoyed my travel and site seeing at Agartala city and surroundings though my sleep was a little disturbed!Best Wishes to the Hotel 🌹🌹

Rooms described as queen size are actually single rooms. These rooms won't accommodate two people. They don't even know what is the average size of a queen bed. Staffs are very informal in manner and has rude facial expressions. Bathroom is in pathetic condition. Kindly, stay away from such low standard property. Since I didn't take any photos, I uploaded the food picture

(1) There is no hanger or braket in the wall or drobe(2) TV is not functioning(3) No facility of hot drinking water, no kettle(4) Room service is not good, totally poorservice boy is working, when guests sent reminders(5) Food is SO COSTLY(6) Room service boy is for their restaurant sale 😚

Nice hotel but the behaviour of the staff is very unprofessional. If you don't take food from them then they refuse to give any plates and glasses.
