This hotel is always welcoming, from front staff to restaurant and management to cleaning staff. Excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable. Good restaurant with better quality food. It was clean room but very old AC , FAN & TV which are not working up to mark. I was very pleased with my stay although few short comings. Suggestion: Time has come to install split AC & LED TV with better quality Ceiling FAN and get room painted. Customer pays for better facility

Hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, Staff at Reception Ms Suman is polite and helpful. Food is average but stewards are seen more interested to get the tips, which looks not good and also it can damage the hotel image. My Recommendation is staff should know what is the tourists attraction, what is the best things to do in their city etc etc., they should guide the guest if ask here i found nobody is having knowledge.

It has a very refreshing ambiance. Especially the courtyard, lawn and trees will ensure your fatigue from long commute will disappear in no time. Walking on the lawn in the morning will be rejuvenating. You will be welcomed by squirrels playing around and chirping. Staff is very courteous and well traveled. Don’t forget to ask for food recommendations and they will provide a good advice

I am very frequent traveller to this hotel and services and amenities provided by hotel are one of the best in this area and that too at reasonable price. There staff is well aware of client requirements and they address those based on needs.

Overall experience was very good. Hotel is clean. Room are airy and spacious. There is spacious garden. Service was very prompt and staff was humble.I stayed with my family parents, wife and kid. Everyone was happy with overall experience

I recommend hotel to each and everyone but the hotel owners don't allow ppl to come in as they feel some kind of crime s planned inside the hotel room. But if there are ** couples entering hotel then there are no issues at all.

Hotel maintained necessary services whilst the structre was under maintenance ! This was muchappriciated !! Breakfast veriety of indian dishes was ample. Improve to fix Mosquito nets and intercom services.

amazing stay and food is awesome but u can only order food till 1030pm , so that's one place where hotel needs to extend the timing till 11 pm I suppose. Regards.
