Hotel Safffron

Hotel is at good location, but rooms are not in good condition, I took 2 rooms and stayed with family -pigeons were in one room, when I reported it to owner he denied it,but when it was confirmed by service boy then he told that it is obvious if rooms are open,but rooms were in closed condition, so what I felt pigeons in rooms is simply the case of ignorance towards cleaness -no lock system in windows nothing happened to our belongings but it is not secure, -cleanness is an another concern every where gutka stains at walls from entrance till hotel, -bathrooms were also not in good condition -biathroom buckets werd not sufficient in number and dry dirty -dirty smell always were there inside room,even after using room fresher so many times - lift is not available, for my old age parents it was a big trouble,even hotel and booking agent not mentioned about lift non-availability/not working -Hot water was also not available, they told that solar water heater system is installed but we didn't get hot water hot water on time,we used to keep on asking for it and then after 1hr we used to get,here I need to mention service boy "Sunil" helped a lot for getting hot water and drinking water - stick smells from curtains and bed - no proper door met provided while going in/out of bathroom -the only positive point is that you'll learn how to the adjust with bad hotels/rooms - better to avoid this hotel

i would like to share an experience i had during my stay at hotel safffron porbandar. when i arrived at the hotel, the receptionist first asked me, “how much did you pay for the booking?” – which felt unprofessional. once they realized that i had made the booking through goibibo, despite having booked a deluxe room, they gave me a local/basic room instead. when i complained, they told me, “this is the room that comes with this booking.” later, the hotel owner called me, and after i explained everything, they finally provided me with the correct deluxe room. i was disappointed with this experience because initially i was given the wrong room, and i wasn’t treated according to the booking i had made. i kindly request that: 1. steps be taken to ensure such incidents are not repeated. 2. the staff be properly trained to behave professionally with guests. 3. guests who book specific rooms (like deluxe rooms) through platforms like goibibo should be provided with exactly what they have booked. i hope appropriate action will be taken regarding this matter. thank you

Hotel Saffron Is Very Good Hotel, Near By M G Road & S T Bus Station, Sudama Temple Is Near By Hotel , Staff Behaviour Is V Good & Owner Personally Care All Guest, I Recommend To All Tourist Please Stay In Hotel Saffron Porbandar.
