The stay was for just a night but I wouldn't bring the family here again. On check in we found the room floor & across the corridor was with some dirt. we waited for the staff to clean it for at least 30min. I did not hear a single apology from the front desk manager, it was more like I don't know how this happened.

Slightly rated high comparef other properties of Kundapur. Checked in at 8-30 morning on 26-8-18 and checked out at around 2,30 pm on the same day Even the breakfast was of very limited varieties. Reception was awesome and room service was very good. Rooms are neat and clean

hotel location is good.. neat. best to stay. but not at all ok.for food. biryani ordered its completely tastelessit is given chicken gravy and rice. complimentary tiffin also had very few items. idli wada. chou chou bat.. only 3 items. so better to book without breakfast.

The services are good and rooms are well maintained. except the fact that there was no hot water in the morning. heater wasn't working in both the rooms which we booked. location is good and easily accessible. safe and clean rooms

Expensive well maintained hotel. Restuarant attached. Location is in Koteswara. Search for Sahana convention centre instead of Sahana orchid in Google maps. Extra bed costs ** and ample car parking available.

Veg food was awesome and the staff is well behaved. But at the complimentary breakfast, we were told that only one vada per person allowed. This is sheer nonsense and unusual, never experienced.

Hotel just outside Kundapura, nice rooms & location though little away from Kundapura town, cooperative staff, quick response.Excellent restaurant indoor as well as huge open area.

Just fine, hiccup while checking in but they managed well. Went in 2 hours early from my checkin time but it was difficult initially stage but they managed well.
