It was horrible to think about that hotel as per the check in policies of the hotel we can check in after 12 but we got the room at 2 pm can you believe it we all were tired n exhausted wanted to have rest n clean but we were at no where at that time cause we didnt get the room om time and after we got the room there were no towels, tv was not working fine sometimes theres no cold water in the shower n sometimes theres no hot water it was so hard for us to live there and the person on the reception he was so rude and didn't know anything like if you ask whats tje speciality of this place n wat we can visit here all he knows is nothing but hotel's food was good thats the only thing which made us to stay there just only the food else was *******.

Worst experience. Worst management.worst room.they put all us wait for 1 hour 35 min to give the room**** and conveyed to resolve by own so as get the room. Room are worst even the waiters alays asked to give them tip .worst hotel worst management.I will give just 1 star out of 5 as hotel is very near to dalai lama temple.otherwise i had worst experience .

they don't have any good facility, they look for the thing when it's asked. very lazy service. In my case they make me run to different cyber cafe for the printout of Boucher generated by goibibo as they are declining, we don't receive any mail from goibibo n neidr dy r ready to c my confirmation mail.

Cleanliness was not good. Breakfast quality also not good. Room service not up to mark. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Rooms had broken tiles in floors and no body is bothered about it.
