Sai Priyanka Guest House

I stayed at this place for one night and more than a day. I checked in on a saturday evening and left on next day, sunday evening. The room I was offered was surprisingly large. It seemed like an apartment transformed into a guest house/hotel room. There was a hall, a bedroom and a kitchen. There were granite shelves in the rooms. However, there is not a single piece of furniture in any rooms other than a cot and a hard mattress in the bedroom. The rug and pillow were stained. The bed sheet too was ugly. The rooms were dusty. There was no geyser for hot water, however he gave me a heater coil after requesting. After the check in procedure in the hotel, the manager spent nearly 20 mins in the bathroom in the room offered to me. I realised later that he was cleaning it. I had to hurry out but he kept cleaning. The experience was awful. I wonder if all other rooms were like this or perhaps I was given this rather 'special treatment' because I was a solo travelling male who's in early 20's. The rooms had a subtle weird smell, probably because they haven't been occupied for a long time. They were dusty. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. Please do not check in if you have any self respect.

I paid ..rs for one night .the experience was very bad. Dirty corridors with uncleaned buckets and brooms here and there while entering the room. Bath rooms were not cleaned and had lots of cockroaches inside.The room boy had no idea about room and guided us to wrong one and finally he gave one among the vacant ones.Nothing were arranged for the visitors.not even a bottle of water.2 positive factors that can be mentioned are 1.hotter water availability in bathrooms and location some what close to the Ashram. we would have not written any thing if the amount was rs ..to ...But for their charge of ..what they give back to us is zero.Any thing we can comprise but unclean atmosphere is very much disappointing. please choose only after making sure the rooms and toilets are clean.

Hi We booked rooms in Sai Priyanka guest house in Puttaparthi for one day.The rooms are spacious and not cleaned properly in case of Bath rooms it is in very horrible Condition no hot water supply in the morning after repeated reminders,flush was not working,no mats near the bathroom and out side of the room.pillow covers are not changed.not worth of the price. I suggest not to book this guest house for stay.difficult to find the guest house even though it is in commercial place not a popular guest house.

A desi lodge type..though room were spacious, u need to be lucky enough to get good bathroom..there is absolutely no service on call and on waste disposal..u fight with the caretakers to get Ur room cleaned.. By the way, when compared with the rates of other rooms..just get compromised..
