not worth the price as there will be better options at this price point. 1. The property is old and needs many small repair works: faucet to control shower not working, hence force to use bucket to jave bath as knob to turn on shower not working 2. paint in room and common area peeling 2. india toilets, will be difficult for people used to western toilets 3 the force of water in the indian toilet was very low, hence it took 5 mins to fill one small container 4. basin tap while function is not sturdy and was wobbling 5. room size is big hence needs a 2 ton ac for adequate cooling. AC used are 1.5 ton, with low cooling. Hence AC cooling is not great 6 people at the hotel, not trained. 7 i believe there were no other guests in the hotel, hence the staff was having a local party and looked drunk. while they never misbehaved, and gave service under their control, but their appearance and clothes were shabby 8 restaurants did not function as the cook was on leave! hence no provision for dinner or breakfast 9 swimming pool was not operational before 9.30am hence could not use the same 10. we were asked to inform 1 hour in advance if we needed hot water for the bath! else only option was cold water bath. 11. the address shared via goibibo was incorrect... about 1km to1. 5km away from the actual location 12 while iron, iron board was mentioned as available facility, on being asked for same even 12 hours in advance for next day, was refused facility due to unavailability!

The hotel did not clean the rooms before we checked in. Bathroom & Toilet in all 3 rooms were very dirty. The bed sheets had black spots all over and towels provided were not washed. We had to manage the stay with our own bed sheets and towels. Bathroom floor had layers of dust & dirt. Staff on the reception was rude and when asked did not respond with courtesy which is least expected by guests. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

first of its too far from market easily we dnt find any auto overthere u need to walk atleast km to find a auto.. then toilet is indian so those who prefer western toilet for them this hotel is big no.. room was big bt now that good so im giving 3 star cause service was ok

It is located in the outer area but can easily accessible, and everything was simply perfect & amazing, staffs & services were very good and up to the mark and cleanliness was also simply perfect.Overall had a very good experience in this hotel.
