Location was good.... service was good...though TV was not working which for us was a positive.... staff was good....no intercom though... each time you have to request something u have to rush down... few issues like water n electricity were there.... food to us was a big let down with exorbitant price... food elsewhere around the hotel were much cheaper overall a 3.5/5 ... with a new building coming up the view it offers n its USP will be hit hard Not a flawless stay... but certainly has etched a mark... not for the hotel but for the place n seclusion

The location is good and has scenic view from the rooms. however, the property badly needs renovation. Water availability is s big issue despite temperature being more than 0z. Cleanlinesses is also something that needs steep upgradation. Stayed there for 2 nights. The staff is polite well behaved and supportive, no doubt. There are new hotels coming up in the vicinity so definitely there would be more options available from the next season

Wonderful stay at officially and practically the last resort on the way -India Tibet border. The resort is nice and clean having the wonderful view of valley. The food quality can be a bit better as compared to side by "Thakur Cafe". I recommend this hotel to people traveling to Chitkul as you wont be disappointed when you check and compare other hotel at this remote place.

The view from hotel room is amazing. It is close to the river side. But room service was not available. overall the stay was good We had a good stay at the hotel. the only thing is we got the rooms on top floor. view was good from there but no lift. for seniors it can be bit of a task

the location is good. rooms are clean. the service could have been better. the kitchen hygiene needs to be improved. overall stay was good location is central . in the main area of village. nearby grocery and little cafes . good to have a walk of the village.

location was good but it's not a resort ...old building needing repairs seepage in rooms and bathrooms.Hotel management was nice ..but they need to spend on maintenance of property .no power backup was also one of the main concerns.

Location was good. Staff was supportive. Food was available there. Swimming pool,gym,spa and garden were not available. Free Wi-Fi was not available. In terms of security it was good to stay.

No electricity during the night. No dustbin in the room. No heater was available at the hotel in spite of too much cold. The location is near the river. Food tastes good.

No doubt hotel is at the good location and staff was cooperative however taps were running out of water, need to use other rooms bathroom, no tea maker
