Hotel Samode Inn

I booked 2 tripple bed non ac room. The rooms are very small and damp in 2nd floor. Ac was not working properly,even in 23 temperature it is not cooling in 1st room. In first room, toilet flush is not working, bathroom door is not closing, drawers are not closing. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes. They have provided mortin instead of all out. These doesn't go well in ac room because it got really insuffocable in a closed room. In 2nd room,they have provided 5bedroom instead of 3bed, without any extra cost as there are no room left with the matching criteria. So,the room is big for 3 people. But the washroom is very dirty and not repaired well. No basins in both the rooms. We tried to switch the room but there are no tripple bed ac room left. They allowed us to use the bathroom of a room,which is bigger and clean and have basin. But,the toilet flush also wasn't working properly there. We have to pour the water in comode with bucket. Overall,very bad experience. Will not recommend this hotel at all because you will not get a proper functioning room and have to adjust many ways

Terrible ever!I had got very worst experience with this hotel. Please don't dare to go this hotel with family. The rooms were very very dirty and smelly rooms.Its difficulty to keep your luggage in rooms as rats were roaming around the room.I had suffered with my family by booking this hotel. Bathrooms were not clean and flush were not working. they were not giving ac rooms when the time we check in and instead they giving non ac rooms by excusing reasons. Very very dirty and smelly rooms. Could not providing ac rooms what we booked.

No one should opt for Hotel Samod inn in Agra.This hotel could not supply rooms as per booking, in my experience hotel could not afford rooms to me as per my booking,I had booked two AC rooms before two months but when I reached there I saw there was no room for me,even if hotel receptionist tell me to cancell my booking and adviced me to search for another room and finally i did that and pay an extra 600/- for to book an another hotel.Mr D.D Samal

Did not provide room at first as they were over booked with local bookings. Inspite of having booked and having made the payment they were not able to provide the rooms. Later on, on saying that we will complain to Goibibo they arranged room in another hotel and charged extra cash for that. Having no other options as it was a family trip I had to pay extra for same room. How hotel can't provide room when I have booked 1 month back?
