This hotel is located in a very good location. We came by bus to Kumily and reached the hotel very quickly by auto. The art show(Kathakali, kalari) theatre, Thekkady boating point, restaurants, chips shop are all walkable from this hotel. Since we had pre-booked, they had kept the room ready and we just checked in right away. The room was actually bigger than what we expected. Not great views from the balcony as it was inside facing, however it didn't matter for us. Room and bathrooms were clean and neat. We had some queries regarding boating timings and they provided all the required information. I would suggest to skip their restaurant, we didn't have a good experience there as no body bothered to even attend to us and we walked out. However, for accommodation, just pick this hotel for the location and hospitality.

The stay was a dream, services, hotel staff especially female staff were very helpful.The rooms are very neat and clean, I recommend the sandra palace to everyone willing their trip to thekaddy because it is situated nearby to the bus station taking you to periyaar forest boat. The hotel restaurant serves a very good food on a reasonable price. As a family its a pleasure staying, large rooms with all necessary items are available.

They follow the proper business ethics! Thnx to shimmy madam, she called up on proper time and shifted us to different hotel as the rooms weren’t ready for us to stay due to some kind of choking in the pipelines. Their ethics made to write the review! Wonderful team😀
