Good day to all the readers,today(30/03/2023), i visited hotel sand inn, first i asked the managerr for offline price, he said that it will be 1250 for the smallest room and it will be for the deluxe, but online it showed 1038 including taxes, so i opted for deluxe and booked the room online, i asked the manager before booking which will be profitable for him online or offline?he said offline but he will not reduce the price. so i had no choice but to book online, after i booked online he started to talk rudely first by saying that you need to have proper luggage which we had, he said that we should have atleast one big trolley and then he continued and he said that pan card is not a proper id, which we accepted but then he continued to talk rudely and started misbehaving with me and my female friend who was with me at that time, i contacted for help but they always had to check with the manager and he lied always by saying that we don't have proper id(but the problem is that we booked the room online which is not so profitable for him),when i was contacting for help he said to take the xerox of id and leave(ye loo aapki id aur bahar jao).when i talked with the goibibo the response was to always to confirm with the manager but dude, will he accept that he did something like that?, seriously ๐, worst experience

room is full of bad odor and dust on tables TV is not functional. Spitting spots of tobacco in the room. Washroom toilet seats were broken and not functioning properly. washroom ceiling is broken.

Very small and unclean rooms. I wasnt happy with the stay at all. The restroom was smelling like hell, I had to use my perfume to ensure we could stay for that one evening.
