On being confirmed booking by hotel, I was refused to give room's to me & my family members. They forced/demanded to pay more for the rooms or compelled me to cancel the booking, as they said on Saturday's & Sunday's, there would be the rush /peak of pilgrims at khatu shyam shrine so they let rooms at higher rate. Being a mother of 1 year daughter, I was physically & mentally stressed out by the hotel sangam palace support staff. don't try to book hotel sangam palace for staycation as they don't know the essence of. humanity & hospitality. stay alert.....stay awake of such hotel for booking They don't need star for rating,

I booked AC room with the amenities like TV, Geyser etc. But the room had only a double bed. There was no AC, Geyser, TV, which are most basic amenities. Very poor service.
