Doesn't even deserve to be called a resort, they don't even have basic facilities to help us instantly. Service is very very slow be it room service or a request for a particular item. Only pool is the advantage of this resort with inhouse food which is just ok to live through. If planning a relaxing trip then I won't advice it unless you are tight on budget, if you can ignore all those lethargic services from them, please book but will not recommend for longer stays as more better resorts are available around.

resort location was good.staff management fine. however food quality and taste was average.breakfast serve was very average.in South India you can not expect such tasteless sambar and other South Indian dishes. most disappointing part was poor Room upkeepment.there were bed bugs in the cottage which resort owner must hv noticed before alloting cottage to us.we were awake past midnight . overall stay was average.front office and other staff were helpful.

The stay was very Good. The service was also good. They have 2 swimming pool of Max depth 4/4.5 ft. The only thing I found which can be improved is the maintenance of the rooms. Since we went in Off season, and also saw that the work of maintenance was in progress, I feel by the time of season all the maintenance work will be completed and the experience would be much more worth.

Allocated room 113 was rain water leakage from ceiling, later room changed . Alternate room no 114 restroom was bad odour and WC was wobbling. Room cleanliness needs to be improve. Bed spreads having stains . Front office team not proactive to keep the water bottles everyday ..... only best part is food was good ... Ok experience

Hotel is good, swimming for children is not there be mindful of you going with toddler. I had booked this hotel since it has pure veg restaurant but after visiting the hotel we come to know that they have Veg and Non veg both in one kitchen that is something disappointed. rest all is as expected.

It's a good hotel come resort.Basic all things are provided here. Staffs are quite good. Food is ok ok , can't expect more. A pleasent stay for couples and families good for couples and families.staffs are too supportive.nice stay.om & Kudle beach are 4-5 km from the resort.

The resort is at a good location with good amenities but the rooms now require maintainence. We found the bed a bit broken in places in the cottage. Also, found the roof broken with reptiles in room and asked for a room change.

1.5 kilometre far from centre. own vehicle or taxi or auto must be needed. veg and non veg separate restaurant is there. staff are not available in odd times.

It is very cool place to stay near OM and Kudle Beach.. I stayed here with my family. They will arrange Bike for rent, just ask in reception.
