I think this is the three star hotel but actually this is not a 3 star hotel, this is a advanced version of lodge, room service poor, tv without settop box, if settop box is available intercom is not available am really disappointed for this hotel. Everytime I went to reception and ask for inroom dining. no bath kits provided, no tea coffee maker. this hotel is not recommended for ladies and families because in both floors if we enter alcoholic smell and smoking smell is there. Business people please search some good hotel it's a normal type lodge so think and book this hotel.

This Hotel Service is very bad & also very poor, Bathroom is like a toilet Room, Hot water is not available in the toilet. Drinking water is not provided, there is no Glass to drink water, morning complimentary Breakfast was not served till morning 9.0 AM, we did not continued our stay on 2nd day. Hotel authority did not provided Hotel Bill on request they refused. our total stay experience is very bad.

1. This Hotel isn't absolutely worth for the price it is offered. 2. Service issue 3.TV wasn't working 4 No complimentary Water bottles provided 5.No running hot water 6. Worn out linen 7. Big rooms so Ac capacity wasnt sufficient 8 In complementary breakfast you will be offered only one dish that is prepared ( we got Puri Kurma) no tea or coffee 9. This doesn't belong to Novotel group

It's good to see some nice hotels/lodges coming up in Raichur. Santoshi Novatel is a fairly new one. The deluxe room and suite rooms are quite spacious. The rooms are neatly maintained. Hotel manager Mr Pandey is very courteous and will go out of the way to make your stay comfortable.

access to the hotel is from the mall, there are no signages directing us, unprofessional staff, clenliness is so average. There is restaurant, don't fall for their free breakfast scam. I would suggest check for other properties. Keep this aa your last priority.

There is no staff at hotel, even no complimentary water provided by hotel, in this child atmosphere hot water not available , Bathroom is full with spiders. Over all very bed experience and no value for money.

The Hotel was very clean, they have a car parking at basement. The restaurant offers good choice of food. Complimentary breakfast . Good location.
