Hotel Saptarang Residency

Had booked this one for stay on 12th and 13th Jan 2019. Had booked two rooms at about Rs****  per nigh per room Good Points: 1. Big and Clean rooms with big balconies. Attached bathrooms have 24 hour hot water supply which is a plus during cold season. 2. Hotel staff though not very professional in terms of training was courteous, helpful and quick in service. ( Did give us early check in , though given its not a very professionally managed hotel check in and check out times are suppose to be flexible as generally is in such hotels). 3. Location: Now this is subjective, we wanted to stay away from hustle and bustle of kolhapur city and hence chose to stay closer to Panhala. The fort is about 5 min drive, Jyotiba temple about 25 min drive and Mahalakshmi temple about 35-40 min drive. It is imperative that you must have your own vehicle. Bad Points: 1. Hotel is still under construction, while the rooms shown on website are exactly so , the outside is littered with construction material. 2. The balconies of all rooms are connected and your neighbour can literally walk on to your balcony if he wants to.. so privacy is an issue. 3. There is no restaurant. They do have a small kitchen where you can order snacks and tea/coffee etc in your room only. 4. There is no adequate lighting in common areas, we walked in at around 10.30 pm post visiting kolhapur city, and hotel was in pitch dark. with construction material lying around and with 2 small kids it was quite inconvenient to get to the room. Conclusion: I wont write it off completely given its under construction now, but till then you can avoid this one. Especially since you can get hotels with free breakfast and proper lunch / dinner service for same or cheaper rate in the area I am not adding room photos since they are exactly as shown on website and no complaints there...

Pros: The hotel location and room view is amazing. Room was spacious and well maintained. Food was reasonably priced Cons Even though one of the rooms was good, the other one wasnt well kept at all. The bedsheets were smelly, the curtains were stained and the taps were runny. Food is not easily available in the evening. the hotel orders it for us. Overall the hotel is good deal if you have your own vehicle.

it's was a pleasant stay with my family especially my parents. we had a Lovely time together. the staff is nice and the food is tasty. was very important for me as my parents were traveling with us. wanted everything to be just perfect. thanks to everyone at saptarang residency. we will visit again. please repair the door lock 😊🙏🏻👍

Definitely recommended no doubt thanks goibibo and Satpatrang staff neat clean rooms and bathroom excellent stay beautiful property good breakfast helpful polite staff they have their own restaurant with good food very good option at Panhala
