Little delay due to travel so I came late at night. And the booking was done in my father's name, ( that's my fault) and the man at reception was a bit rude and replied I can't do anything. We were helpless though that man could have replied properly.( This phrase " I cant do anything" doesn't suites your Brand name).But thanks to Goibibo that they resolved our problem within minutes.

everything is good about hotel.. issue is food .. Limited options.. buffet breakfast same all days .. at 8.30 am out of 3 fruits one got over asked to replenish they removed the tray only... nothing Gujarati about cuisine unlike any other hotel which serves something at least about the cuisine.. and regular food just ok .. Rooms .. gym ...

Wonderful Experience: Undoubtedly the best hotel in Morbi, I've ever had the privilege of staying in. The staff was very hospitable and was there for my every need. Maintaining all necessary cleanliness and hygiene during this pandemic period. spacious rooms. Working aircon and blackout curtains. Good breakfast and a perfect location.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are very comfortable with great facilities. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Thanks to the Mr Nitin for making our stay more pleasant. Breakfast was good . Great dining experience. Well maintained rooms . Luxurious room size and interiors for this price .

Rooms - super spacious Room rates if booked through Goibibo - really attractive and very economical compared to other similar hotels Staff Service - pathetic for any room service, bill making staff usually forgets or takes huge amount of time

Excellent property. Chef Rajendra Bhist is very polite and a very good Chef. He took feedback during the breakfast time multiple times. I stayed there for 2 days. Property is very clean and hygienic. Staff is helpful 👍🏻
