I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect, situated close to major attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, clean, The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. The staff were extremely courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience, and i highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed in the hotel for a day. The staff was very friendly and co-operative. The location is very near to railway station.. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were good and warm welcoming. The complimentary breakfast had variety with good taste. Nice and clean room. Good service. Easily accessible with good parking space. Overall good experience.

The hotel has adequate parking space, which is sorely lacking in other hotels at Katihar. Breakfast is sumptuous and service is quick. Rooms are large and have all the amenities. Food tastes good and is served piping hot. Staff are amiable and efficient. A great place to stay in Katihar.

Hotel is good, service was excellent, nice place to stay. Overall everything is good. Especially breakfast was tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room service was very cordial and prompt with whatever was required. The rooms were clean and satisfactory.

This is a good hotel to stay. I have stayed in 304. room was specious and clean. Bed was comfortable. staff was friendly and cooperative. overall it was a nice experience. improvement is required in terms of toiletries that is not up to thee mark.
