I have been provided hotel room with broken door and no light inside washroom, dirty bucket. Initially rude behaviour of people at reception who has cancelled my hotel without my knowledge..

Bathroom is not clean properly and water tap and commode is not functioning properly. Remote of ac is not found. TV not functioning properly. Supporting staff is bad. allover is average.
