the stay at sea view manglore was very comfortable and relaxing the staff are prompt and always on toes to help. taking initiative themself to ensure everything is fine and if anything is required food is excellent, inroom dinning was very tasteful. , infinity pool is good and staff is always there to take of guest at pool jacuzzi in the suite room is delightful,but a round one will much better for couples a full mirror is missing, though there are lot of mirror across the suite room keep up the good work and advertise more

The best experience and a great vacation we enjoyed the stay and the staffs are very polite and friendly, they helped with each and everything we asked for. since we had travelled along with me toddler they helped alot in room service. it's the best hotel for family as the atmosphere is too good and there is a separate restaurant which helped for veg and non veg lovers and the food was too good👍.

good ambience and courteous staff with quick response.. staying here for the 6th time in the last 6 months.. even in future will continue to do so . please provide the option of early check in without any additional charges as the flight timings are so that i reach hotel by 10.00 to 10.30 am..

well located hotel, reasonable price, friendly staff especially jyothsna and Kavita , very helpful with a big smile..room service needs a bit more organised as they take two hours and few calls to deliver food from restaurant, well maintained and clean rooms.

I stayed with my family. one of the best place to stay in Mangalore. staff is polite and always ready to help. rooftop infinity pool view is mesmerizing.. it's close to key location and at walkable distance to Pabbas cafe. breakfast was delicious

Buffet breakfast variety is less; taste though OK. Service is average The room is good, neat and clean and big enough. You have to recharge for viewing channels on TV. strange! Iron available on demand. The staff is very supportive.

they always focus on cost cutting methods like keeping one soup if two guests are there etc and asking the guests everytime when they move in the hotel about their identity , lack of professionalism in reception desk
