A very bad hotel experience where there was no water in the washroom on the day of arrival. Cockroaches were all over in the washroom. Hygiene was bad for those bringing food to our room or coming for cleaning the room. The lobby where our room was located was pitch dark in the evening. A very bad area to reach the hotel lobby with hawkers right outside on the walkway . When we ordered room service, cold food was served which was not even covered all the way from the kitchen to our room on the second floor. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel and its cleanliness is not at all like the images
