First the Cons:Located in a bit secluded place a bit away from railway station. If you want to catch the train after 9 pm, then getting autos is difficult. Also in Dimapur all auto drivers are not safe to avail after maybe 8 pm. But hotel may arrange car drop to station. They took Rs.350/- for railway stn drop at 10.20 pm in a maruti alto which I think is reasonable enough.Hotel reception is in first floor. If u have too much luggage give them a call. They can help you with your luggage. Lift is from first floor, which was not working when we stayed there.Don't ever try their mutton dish. It's ridiculous.Now the Pros:Excellent rooms with electric kettle, coffee tea milk etc in room.Room service and behavior of staff excellent.Food really good. Only thing. don't try their mutton. Preparation is worst. We tried Rice, fish, dal, aloo jeera, and other starters. They were excellent.Complimentary breakfast had bread, butter, chana batora, cornflakes with milk, egg as per yr preference, coffee, tea and fruit juice. Breakfast strictly within 9.30 am and last dinner order by maximum 9 pm.I do recommend this hotel.

One of the Best hotel in Dimapur, No doubts Room was to big neat &clean with all Modern facilities like Tea kettle, tea kits & Complementary Two bottle of water,,Food& Services are Excellent,Staff are so Helpfull Especially Front office Miss ATUNO& KINI.....I would like to thnkns to Each & everything's Staffs of SEB TOWER HOTEL for Nice Hospitality & I will definitely Recommended to my friend's & Family Member's Tooo....You Guys are Doing Great Job Keep it up.....

As I read at review,it's matching exactly. Very good hotel with proper cleanliness. Neat and well maintained with very well behaved staffs. 2 km. from Dimapur Railway Station. Well located just on main road. I will suggest people to stay here at least once. They will love it as i did.

A very good hotel to stay with family or as solo traveller. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Courteous staff and efficient front office. Located close to railway station, airport and shopping centers this place is a Definite must stay while in Dimapur.
