A Nightmare Experience at *Senani Residency* Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) My recent stay at *Senani Residency* was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same dreadful ordeal. This hotel, which I had heard some not-so-great things about, surpassed my lowest expectations, making it the worst service I have ever encountered. Upon arrival, I was greeted with indifference by the front desk staff. They barely acknowledged my presence and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. The check-in process was painfully slow, and I was left waiting for what felt like an eternity. Once I finally reached my room, the problems only continued to pile up. The room itself was outdated, poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic amenities. The bathroom was filthy, with mold in the corners and a barely functional shower. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens were questionable at best. The housekeeping staff, or lack thereof, only added to the chaos. My room was never properly cleaned during my entire stay. I found dirty towels and used toiletries left behind, as if the room had never been serviced. When I complained to the front desk about this, they promised to send someone but never did. Please remove it from your list of hotels or else simply u ppl will be blamed for its condition

It’s a low budget hotel without much amenities. The location is good. The beds were not clean and were smelling. The bathroom didn’t have a latch. It was smelling dirty.
