Shakisha Paradise

Overall stay was OK. I booked the room for 4 people (3 adults and 1 kid) and the total cost was for the same. Even the pictures in the bookings clearly shows it has 4 beds. However, upon check in, I was told that, my booking is only for a single room with double bed which is not correct at all. I was given only double bed room and given with an option for an extra bed. Rooms are too small and adding extra bed will make the overall space too congested. I did want to argue with them on this. Instead, paid INR 1500 extra to get a triple bed room, even this room is too small. Good thing about this hotel is safe car parking in front of the hotel and close proximity to the Murdeshwar temple and other things like shops, hotels, etc..

Worst Hotel.. worst customer service. we missed our train and in our own country, you materialistic ppl are treating us like outsider.. I booked the hotel around 6 pm in evening, just one hr back and hotel is not cancelling the booking by telling they are waiting for me from morning, so they can't cancel the booking. really great. India is becoming something else bcoz of ppl like this hotel owners.. really shame on such.........

Room was quite okay, don't expect toiletries, towels and other add on. Good thing is that proximity was close to temple. Car parking is limited, try to make reservations directly with hotel, else you end up paying three times higher. Really disappointed with price.

Small rooms but clean, No other services, even after multiple follow up, Tata sky was not recharged. one good point is that, although they mentioned check in time from 12 noon onwards, they arranged a temporary room at 8 AM for fresh up.
