Room is very spacious, decently maintained though some improvement required. Staff is very courtious, we reached few hours earlier than the check in time, they are kind enough to allot room without any fuss. Complimentary break fast is not so great, though varieties are ok. Major issue was hot water, they said it will be available from 5am to 10 am. In spite of chasing them multiple times hot water was not available until 6am, hence we have to get ready with the ice cold water. When we came baby at 930 still hot water was not coming.

Reception does not have booking details. They made us wait for 30 minutes asking for Booking I'd, payment details, booking date. They have no details of the reservation. Finally had to show e-mail confirmation of the reservation. Breakfast is good and it is complimentary but token is not given at the time of check-in. Cloth stand hanging in the bathroom. also the room did not have hot water due to some issue.. We were asked to use other room for the same. Maintenance can be better and they need to be more handy with the bookings.

No room service was available. Senior citizen were forced to fo out znd have food and beverages. No towels, toilet items like soap were made available. We were not even offered with a water bottle. parking was available on foot path adjacent to the hotel without any shelter. This hotel was definitely not worth for the money paid. overall a bad experience for us as my father who is of 93 years age was forced to move in and down for food n beverages.

Rats in the room! Rooms are dirty and in bad condition. Rats ate our food, left carvings in our new clothes. You need to ask for every amenities mentioned in hotel booking. If you don't ask for bedsheet, towel, cleaning etc. then they won't provide anything. No cooperation from manager and he relentlessly told that he'll not help with anything. He said he doesn't even care if he gets bad reviews.

hotel is conveniently located at a distance of 1.3 km from the hosapete railway station. rooms are good though I would prefer a bit more maintenance. staffs are courteous and attentive. they provide a sumptuous complimentary breakfast and the restaurant provides good choice of non veg food which is the only option of non in the locality. overall a nice stay.

Overall stay was pleasant. Breakfast services were good. Has close proximity to Bus Stand and other forms of transport. However the hotel needs a little upgradation in aesthetics. Also, the refrigerator and telephone were out of service. Bathroom fixtures needs improvement. Pleasant service and kind behaviour of the staff.

This hotel is in main center location of hospet and also near from railway station and ktdc bus stand hotel - old property but fairly maintained having good breakfast option . rooms are big and well maintained except old construction . staff - very good and co operative . you can choose this option as budget deal

Decent place for family and friends. Quite near to bus stand and other restaurants. Definitely would recommend. We stayed in family room, very spacious with sofa and lot of seating for guests other than big king size bed. Cons: Elevator is slow and limited car parking.

very dirty hotel, all furniture is broken, tv was not working, room service is very poor and staff was drunk and chewing gutkhaa all the time. room, staff, bathroom, dirty and used bath towels
