On and average experience was good except AC. All staff very cooperative. In first room there was a problem of AC and TV, but immediately manager shifted to another room. Room's siza, facilities were good. In another room, the TV was not working. He set it all ok. But after long journey, expected rest and peace was found disturbed for 1 hour in shifting of room and TV issue set up. In another room, we couldn't use AC as shown in pictures 1 and 2. every fiftteen mintutes AC blew some white smoke. so felt improvement for health. In such room, when we pay a good amount, all amenities sould be well checked in prior before guests' check in. Indeed, room, environment of room, location and staff is very good. For room and location: 5 points For staff and manager: 4 points For AC, TV, and time used: 2 points

worst hotel in sendhawa don't go here for luxurious stay choose another hotel in sendhawa there is no amenities here in the hotel **** one room cleanness lots of mosquito here and make trouble free day and night its entertain you whole your time in the Room

The worst hotel i have stayed till now .Staff is very uncooperative and rude . Hotel even does not allow your colleagues to come to your room. very uncooperative and rude staff. Hotel does not allows even your business colleagues to come to your room.

The room which is showing in photos it's totally different at the time of visit, they are providing different rooms for offline booking customer and booking customers this was not good to treat the customer in another way .

Rate of the hotel is too high as compared to the hotel facilities..but there is no option to select other one at lower rate than this hotel...But Restaurant is so nice as shown in my pic..

Worst hotel I hv ever visited. No TV no room service. I have to go by my own for water.they hv charge extra for towel and charge extra for room service

Dirty toilet and linen.Staff attempted cleaning the toilet, but not satisfactory. Leaking taps. Near to dusty road in front.. Dilapidated windows.
