We had an enjoyable stay at Shelton. The hotel ticks all boxes of convenience, elegance, amenities, and customer service. The executives manning the front desk are sensitive to customer needs and are ready to oblige even by going a bit out of the way. We needed a few hours extra margin for check out, and the reception readily agreed. Gestures like this remain in the memory of customers for long. Do keep up the standards set and, if possible, improve upon them to set new records of excellence.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Everything is well organised and well maintained. Staff behaviour is good. Receptionist is good to handle the checkin. Little expensive. The water bottle should be charged at normal cost. They are charging double and on top of it adding GST Which cost 42 rupees for single 1L bottle.

I have visited to shelton so many times and spend much time with friends over there, amenities and ambience, Cleanliness are excellent compared to others in entire Rajahmundry. Food and room service is also very good. I suggest shelton an excellent place to stay, who ever wants to stay like a 5 star hotel.

excellent room and premises.. good staff very friendly and the food was also delicious spicy biriyan love the shelton.. I rate 5 star. and hardly recommend the rooms and privacy are upto the mark. the balcony view during day and night are outstanding.. really enjoyed a lot.
